Bird Board
Green Cay - Blackburnian?
Going through the weekend shots from Saturday at Green Cay, I had 5 or 6 not-so-good photos that I wanted to get IDs on...not the stuff ready for the gallery, but when I see a bird I"m not sure of even if partially obscured I still try to get an ID shot. Of the shots I posted on a bird board to get IDs on, 3 or 4 seemed to agree on Blackburnian warbler for this one. I've only gotten a blackburnian once before at Green Cay, last year, so I wanted to get a confirm on it.
Lots of migrants continue at Green Cay this weekend - Magnolias, Cape Mays, Black-throated blues, a second spotting of the Acadian flycatcher, worm-eating warbler, prairie warblers. A few early birders I ran into said a blue-winged warbler was spotted, but I couldn't find it.

Yup, Blackburnian.
Thank you. That makes my second ever sighting and photograph of one.
